Why Choose Us?

At Katrina’s Family Daycare, your child is not just cared for — they are supported, encouraged, and celebrated every day.

At Katrina’s Family Daycare, we provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating home-based environment where every child is valued, supported, and encouraged to grow. We believe that early childhood is a crucial time for building confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning, and we are committed to supporting each child’s unique developmental journey.

With small group sizes, children receive individualised care and attention, allowing us to truly understand their needs, interests, and strengths. Our program is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and focuses on play-based learning that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

We pride ourselves on creating a warm, family-like atmosphere where children feel secure, respected, and included. Strong relationships with families are central to our approach, and we maintain open, ongoing communication to ensure families feel confident and connected to their child’s care and learning.

Through responsive care and meaningful everyday experiences, Katrina supports children in developing resilience, positive self-identity, social skills, and a love of learning, building strong foundations across all EYLF learning outcomes and preparing them for a smooth transition into future learning and life.
